- Any refund claim of the user will be counted as 50% of the actual paid amount.
- The amount of 50% will be subtracted as the company’s processing fee and service charges.
- The user is obliged to accept 50% subtraction of the actual paid amount during order placement.
Your refund can be only applied, if:
- The user does not receive the order on the promised deadline
- The user does not receive order following the instructions given during the agreement of order placement between the customer and the company. (More than one revision is mandatory in this case before submitting the claim for refund).
- The user has changed his mind and wants to cancel the order before the staff has started working on the order.
- If the order is processed, but the staff has not executed the project.
Terms and Conditions for Applying the refund claims
- The websites hold the right to accept or decline the refund claims. All claims of refund will be scrutinized by the refund department, and final decision will be based upon their evaluation which must be considered right by both parties.
- Once the refund is approved from the refund department, the user will get his refunded amount within 5 to 7 working days
